What To Expect:
Our skilled technicians will go through your entire garage door system and inspect all components to ensure there are no major concerns before proceeding. Once a full safety and performance diagnostic is complete we will begin the refresh. We will take down the entire spring line system and replace all springs, bearings and cables. Once those components have been removed and replaced we will proceed calibrate your refreshed spring line system by balancing the door, applying the proper tension to the springs, lubricate the bearings and springs. After the door is operational we will remove and replace the rollers and lubricate all components as well. After the door has been tested in manual operation we will proceed to calibrate the garage door opener and ensure all calibrations are complete for a smooth and safe operation.
